You will be learning a tool, EFT, that will be literally at the tip of your fingers and that you will always be able to use to deal with any issues that life throws at you.

An opportunity to establish a therapeutic relationship and begin meaningful work together.

For clients committed to longer-term therapeutic work, with sessions continuing as long as needed to support your goals and wellbeing.

All my sessions are between 60 and 70 minutes.

The frequency of the sessions will be determined based on the clients' preferences, availability, and financial considerations.

Important: A note on bundles and timescales

While I offer packages of 6, these are designed as starting points to help you explore whether my approach feels right for you—they are not deadlines or indicators of how long your therapy should last.

Working with anxiety, trauma, substance use, and deeply rooted patterns or beliefs takes time, and there are no magic wands in therapy. Quick fixes are the exception, not the rule.

I work long-term with most clients because meaningful, lasting change unfolds at its own pace.

I encourage you to set aside any pressure around timescales when you begin this journey.

I don't work to deadlines; instead, I'm committed to your wellbeing and to working holistically towards what matters most to you, for as long as that takes.

Where do the sessions take place?

  • ZOOM

    I am based in Hastings, East Sussex (UK), and nowadays most of my sessions are on Zoom.

    Remote sessions are as effective as the face-to-face ones and they allow you to be in the comfort of your own home, you don’t need to worry about travel or parking, they provide more time for yourself after the session, you can connect from anywhere as long as you have a Wi-Fi connection.
