Re-Connect EFT Tapping Circle
Join our new EFT Tapping Circle this September.
Starting in September 2025, East Sussex EFT will be hosting a family support EFT Tapping Circle for people who would like to learn a new tool to release or decrease their levels of stress, anxiety and feel better within themselves.
Set over a series of 8 sessions, this group is for 8 participants only and aims to offer:
a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and supportive space
an opportunity to connect with others who understand your journey and who will be able support you in this process
to learn a new tool, EFT Tapping, to lower stress and anxiety stored in your bodies
No previous EFT Tapping experience needed or required.
Where and when
This group will take place at The Snug – Humble Heart, St Leonards on Sea, with all 8 sessions being held between 18:00-19:30 on:
Monday 1st, 15th & 29th September
Monday 13th & 17th October
Monday 10th & 24th November
Monday 8th December
£120.00
