Alcohol Misuse, Sobriety & Relapse Prevention
If alcohol has become a problem for you, whatever your drinking level, I believe that your habit or compulsion is only the external symptom of a more deep-seated issue, or issues, it is a solution to a problem that was already there.
How I can help you
-
Do you want to moderate?
If your aim is to moderate, we’ll work toward that goal after a sober period, maximizing your chances of success with a jointly crafted plan.
Many turn to alcohol to cope with unpleasant emotions and traumas. EFT effectively addresses stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and more. Together, we can tackle all of these issues, whether they are linked to alcohol or not.
-
Do you want to stop drinking?
I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore the feelings and emotions that have contributed to your alcohol problem.
These emotions may be difficult to manage on your own and they might have led you to think of alcohol as a temporary solution to them and which are stopping you now from moving forward.
-
Are you sober?
I work with people who are sober to help them maintain a happy. alcohol-free life where alcohol becomes irrelevant.
I do this by helping you identify your triggers, process past traumas, and transform limiting beliefs to prevent future relapses and build a fulfilling alcohol-free life.
With Clinical EFT, I will help you:
Release the fear and anxiety connected to stopping drinking, decrease your alcohol cravings and deactivate your triggers.
Get to the root of the problem behind your drinking habit and heal it so that your chances of relapse are minimised or completely prevented.
Transform the beliefs about yourself and alcohol so that you can build a life filled with excitement, fulfilment and connection – a life where alcohol is irrelevant.
By doing that, you will gain a fresh perspective around alcohol and develop healthier ways to live a life without being dependent on anything outside of your own self.
